Legal Manager - Automobile (7-10 yrs)
- Person will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of legal activities for India and Global operations including contract management, corporate advisory, legal research, across the organisation and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks and ensure no legal exposure on the Company, its Director and its employees.
- Manage, Assist and take care of various Contractual arrangement (for India and global operations) entered on behalf of the Company in order to ensure no or minimum legal exposure on the Company.
- Manage, execute and advice on litigation issues filed by or against the Company in order to ensure less risk or exposure on the Company and also to attain compliance of applicable laws
