Legal Knowledge Management Professional - BFSI (5-15 yrs)

Legal Knowledge Management (Only Knowledge management with Content management exp people can be seen for this)

Description :

- You will handle end-to-end knowledge document lifecycle including, but not limited, to approving submissions, defining retention, tagging, redacting, publishing or removing outdated knowledge documents

- You will act as a quality assurance officer and a final gatekeeper for the designated legal knowledge management systems.

- You will deliver training to end-users including to senior members of the bank, both virtually and in person

- You will ensure easy accessibility of knowledge to the intended audience and resolve user queries on time

- You will maintain data sanctity through regular four-eye checks and audits

- You will prepare periodic and ad-hoc metrics and reports for senior management/stakeholders

- You will periodically align with internal knowledge management committees, designated role-holders and partners across the bank to collate feedback on the knowledge management platform, process and organization

- You will prepare and update standard operating procedures manuals, training documents and KM policies

Qualifications :

- You are a qualified lawyer (preferred) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in deep knowledge management/digital content department for a law-firm, in-house legal department or legal content management firm

- You are proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - management reporting and digital presentation skills are an added advantage

- You have a strong communication, interpersonal and partner management skills

- You are a self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work both cross-functionally and independently
