Position reporting to : Chief Legal Officer

Job Purpose :

- To manage and lead the legal function of Edelweiss Wealth Management.

- Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect company's matters.

- Maintaining and building relations with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large.

- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities.

- Advising the stakeholders and senior management on legal matters arising out of business activities.

- Lead and manage a team of legal officers and corporate counsels.

- Analyze and identify the legal risks and implications of all the business transactions.

- Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks at organization level.

- Devising legal policies across level.
