Job Description :

- Contract drafting and vetting like Lease Deed, ATL, Operation and Management agreement, Business Conducting

- Agreement, rate contracts, services contracts, Purchase and Work Orders, Marketing and sales promotion contracts, barter agreements, IT contracts, share purchase agreement, for respective departments of the Company.

Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions: To play a lead role in supporting the M&A transactions.

Liaison: liaising with the govt. departments for securing the statutory license/registration for commercial operation of

Litigation: strategizing and handling all litigation matters, appointing lawyers, liaising with the Law firms/Lawyers and appearing/representing for/the company before various Courts, Quasi judicial authorities, Administrative and Statutory bodies on pan-India basis.

Dispute settlement: negotiating with Vendors for settlements regarding several potential litigation matters for and on behalf of the Company

Legal Training: Responsible for Legal Training for smooth function of the company in relation to liaison and maintenance of records and handling potential legal liability disputes electricity duty benefiting the company by saving cost and increasing profit margins.

IPR matters: Handling IPR matters of the Company

Legal Due Diligence: getting the due diligence done for the upcoming properties through external counsels

- Review and evaluate the organization's policies, procedures, products and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in India.
