Legal Head - Retail (20-25 yrs)
Our client - one of the top 5 groups in India is looking for HEAD of LEGAL for their retail venture
Age 40 to 45 years
- minimum law graduate with 20 to 25 years of experience out of which atleast 5 years from a similar industry
- retail /service industry /law firms with similar exposure is desirable
- strong at commercial contracts, litigation & compliance, JV agreements , laws related to real estate etc. - with excellent managerial skills .
