Legal Head - Real Estate (18-30 yrs)
Non Litigation -
- Responsible for verification of title and due diligence of property.
- Drafting documents related to property matters like Lease Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Amenities Agreement, Conducting Agreement, Sale Agreements, Title/Redevelopment and Land Acquisition Agreements.
- Knowledge of 7/12
- Restructuring legal issues, disputes, agreements and joint ventures.
Litigation -
- Represent the Company in Supreme Court, High Courts, Session Court and Metropolitan Magistrate Courts to attend various legal cases.
- Reply to notices received from various government authorities and regulatory authorities. - Follow up with Advocates and Solicitors for various legal matters and also for obtaining any expert opinion on any Legal Matters.
- Liaison with Real Estate authorities and allied Real Estate departments.
Compliance -
- To handle all statutory compliances applicable to the Company. Report the status of compliances to the Board of Directors and top management team of the Company.

- Corporate Laws
