Legal Head - Manufacturing - LLB + CS (12-22 yrs)
Job Location: Mumbai
CTC : 35 - 42 lakhs
Qualification : LLB + CS
- Drafting, reviewing, advising, and negotiating mutually agreeable terms and conditions for commercial contracts with customers, intermediaries, suppliers, and other third parties.
- Identifying risks and issues, and suggesting alternatives that lead to the best solution for the Company.
- Participating in conducting a risk assessment for commercial contracts and making recommendations to minimize company risk in contractual relationships.
- Being responsible for the role of company secretary
- Being responsible for international trade-related compliance matters and organize the relevant training in the local company
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Experience : 10 - 22 years
Education Requirement :
- Law degree Mandatory
- Company Secretary (CS) Mandatory
Experience :
- Minimum of 10 years
- Experience relating to internal investigation or fraud investigation
