Legal Head - Conglomerate (15-30 yrs)
This position will be responsible for all legal matters of the company in order to ensure compliance of all applicable laws, ensure no coercive action is taken against any senior management of the company and develop strategy to deal with all important legal issues at the plant.
- Responsible for Compliance and Litigations
- Keeping track of all matters pending at Supreme Court, High Court and National Consumer Disputes redressal Commission.
- Manage all legal activities pertaining to Plant In Plant (PIP) mode
- Engage with the Government Affairs team on various matters & provide support as may be required regarding legal issues
