Legal Expert - LLB - Infrastructure/Manufacturing

Looking for a Legal Expert

Responsibilities :

- Support Project Management Unit in various regulatory actions which in turn would improve the manufacturing facilities.

- Govern overall areas including labour and various processes to enable ease of doing business.

- Extend support in establishment across authority boards and industrial corridors.

Requirement :

- Well versed with legal, compliances and operational issues.

- Graduate in Law from a reputed university.

- 15 years of overall experience of which 10 years in large infrastructure projects would be considered an asset.

- Ability to Ability to liaise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (i.e. business, credit, operations team, etc.) and external counter-parties (i.e. law firms, borrowers, etc.)

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
