Job Responsibilities: - Responsible to manage the accounting of international legal corporate entities - Client is a leader in oilfield services to international oil and gas industry - They are expertise in engineering - Client is an international service provider to the oil and gas production and processing industry - They are into designing, building, operations and maintaining of oil and gas facilities, with a reputation for commitment, delivery and operational excellence Job Description: - Perform the relevant monthly transactional accounting processes, mainly accounts payable, property, planned &amp; equipment, intangible assets and intercompany invoicing (sender/receiver) in a first-time-right manner - Identify and implement solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of accounts payable and inter-company transactional accounting processes - Monitor the financial statement risks associated with the Corporate entities and respond by ensuring the appropriate financial controls are designed, implemented and operated effectively to provide reasonable assurance on the integrity of the financial statements - Perform procedures to ensure that purchase orders are coded correctly e.g. legal entity, account line item, budget code etc. and that costs, in general, are coded to the correct account line items - Identify ESSA (eliminate, standardize, simplify and automate) opportunities and communicate to relevant stakeholders, particularly the Head of Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, sub-optimal process elements in transactional accounting processes associated with Corporate entities - Improving data management and report automation through close collaboration with the Group Finance Systems Manager and the Information Technology (IT) function Required: - At least 5 years' experience with the listed multinational company within corporate finance - Skill in Oracle R12 and/or Oracle Fusion, Oracle FCCS and Oracle EPM and Skill with Hyperion Financial Management - Awareness of Power BI - Skill in reporting writing and analytical skill - Ability to work effectively with all areas of the business and to communicate with non-finance colleagues and build effective relationships - Ability to critically analyze current work methods and suggest and rapidly implement successful change
