The said opportunity is with Leading Investment Bank in Mumbai location. - Profiles is for Legal Entity Controller with good working experience and knowledge of US GAAP. - Legal entity controllership of broker dealer entities which includes month end reporting and preparation of schedules for consolidation &amp; Intercompany Reporting &amp; support GL close for Local GAAP &amp; US GAAP - Ensuring Financial statements are complete, accurate &amp; prepared in a timely manner and are in accordance with applicable GAAP's - Responsible for entity consolidation along with financial disclosures for quarterly &amp; annual filings to various regulators under US GAAP. - Responsible for stabilizing &amp; financial reporting migrations, - Regional Consideration - Driving standardization of process over time from Mumbai, Process efficiency and ensuring focus on added value work. - Liaising with the regional Controllers. Having an understanding of financial reporting process. - Needs to understand the Business and Structure of the Legal Entities assigned. - Ownership of key controls supporting the General Ledger and other reporting applications including managing the SOX compliance - CAs with maximum 3 attempts only.
