Job Description :
- Advisory on and/or negotiations of the following :
- Reviewing, negotiating & drafting experience is a must in ISDA.
- Derivative agreements/documents like ISDA, CSA, GMRA, forward rate agreement, capacity and authority documents
- Custody agreement, power of attorney, indemnities and guarantees;
- Internal process and policy documents from legal perspective;
- Vetting of other treasury related agreements like bullion sale agreement, gold loan agreement and reviewing capacity and authority documents with respect to the same
