Job Description :


- Work as the corporate regional head for the Bengaluru portfolio


- Handle a variety of matters including corporate advisory, contracts, transactions, land due diligence, leasing, disputes, regulatory matters etc.

- Indian multinational real estate company - listed on the NSE

- Focus on residential & commercial properties


Description :

- Work as the corporate regional head for the Bengaluru portfolio

- Handle a variety of matters including corporate advisory, contracts, transactions, land due diligence, leasing, disputes, regulatory matters etc.


- Drafting, review and vetting of Term Sheet, JV arrangements or any contractual relationships with land owners

- Review and vetting of title documents (including tracing of antecendent title), revenue records, and other similar documents


- Interaction with external law firms/advisors in various jurisdictions


Profile :

- Qualified lawyer - with 7 to 12 years of experience in real estate matters - acquisition, mortgage, funding, sales, lease/license, franchise, conducting, operations, stamp duty & registration etc.

- Sound understanding of corporate law matters


- Familiarity in land acquisition process across various jurisdictions in India

- Effective stakeholder management skills


- Ability to work in a matrixed environment
