Job Description - Advising on domestic and international legal and compliance matters.
Client Details:
A foreign-based MNC which has operations in over 25 countries and employs 10,000 + people. The company is a manufacturer of specialized chemicals and sustainable technology.
Description:
- Individual with hands-on with general corporate and contracts.
- A qualified lawyer who has handled general contracts, statutory compliance, and litigation.
- Working closely with the businesses to ensure that appropriate risk management procedures are in place to cover contractual and compliance risk management.
Profile:
- Candidate should have a PQE of over 10 years.
- Experience in working with a multi-national company of repute and experience in manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service environment would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
