Prime responsibilities:
- Being the single point of contact towards interpreting and advising on Labour laws, its applicability and implication on the organisation's operations across the value chain (Factories, Branches and Sales)
- Ensuring (along with HR Team) Labour Law Compliance, through timely inputs and interpretation on Laws
- Partnering with HR Team on employment law related issues and cases by providing appropriate interface on Legal advice
- Coordinating external legal interfaces for appropriate representation on ongoing cases related to employee and employment aspects.
- In-house counsel for all employee related legal advice, relevant drafting, and defining the way forward on the same
Profile/ Experience:
- Law graduate with 6-8 years experience in the field of Employment law
- Working experience in an MNC organization
- Needed exposure to manufacturing operations, with hands-on experience of handling Labour Law aspects
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and proactive approach
