Legal Counsel - Contracts & Compliance - Internet/Online

Primary Responsibilities:

- Contract Review & Compliance;

- Contract Management;

- Statutory/Regulatory Compliance including Product Compliance with specific focus on Retail Business;

- Liaison with various statutory / regulatory departments as and when required;

- Assist the Corporate Counsel to acquire and manage advice from external specialist lawyers, monitoring quality and cost, and ensuring progress of such matters; and

- Be a part of the functional leadership team of Legal Department and seamlessly interact with peers.
