1. Review Bids, Negotiations, Contracts, Policies and other legal documents from vendors, customers and other third parties ensuring compliance with local law requirements, Group policies, Division Risk Management Instructions, etc. 2. Provide all Legal &amp; Contract Management support needed in drafting contracts, participating in the Risk Review process, highlighting associated risk and providing mitigation plan (including waiver applications). 3. Deployment of risk assessment program to assess, prioritize and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks. 4. Scrutiny of Contracts to check Legal, Contractual &amp; Commercial obligations, for smooth execution as per agreed T&amp;Cs. 5. Provides legal advice and counsel to the Management across either a broad range of legal &amp; contractual issues, or within one specialist area, and manages dispute and litigation matters as directed. 6. Ensuring filing of cases, defending cases, follow-up, preparation of MIS pertaining to litigation by and against the company and Notices received and issued by the Company. 7. Understanding quickly various Contracts and procedures and how it applies to specific situations. 8. Due diligence and investigation.
