Legal Counsel

A law degree from a Tier - II Law college. Symbiosis, JAMIA, and the likes of it.

PQE of 2-3 years, in the areas of M&A, contract drafting, corporate advisory in a law firm or in-house

Target companies - startups, B2C, D2C background

- Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA Regulations, Contracts Act and employment laws

- Ability to lead fast-paced projects with strong attention to detail

- Ability to resolve business problems with applicable legal framework

- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and writing skills, ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects, follow through and meet deadlines

- Will be reporting in to the Sr. Legal Counsel
