Educational Qualification : LLB/LLM with 3+ years of Experience (FMCG or manufacturing sector preferred)

3. Marketing Contracts

4. Endorsement Agreements

5. Branding Agreements

6. Procurement Agreements

7. Purchase Orders etc

8. Lease Deed

9. Leave and License Agreements

10. Master Services Agreements

11. General Sales/Purchases Agreement

12. Dealership & Distributorship Agreements

13. Software licensing Agreement

14. 2P and 3P Agreements for manufacturing

15. Transportation Agreement

16. Memorandum of Understandings for various transactions

17. Essential Commodity Purchase Agreement

18. Loan Agreement

19. Non-Disclosure Agreement

20. Joint Venture Agreement

21. Service Entrustment Agreement

22. Share Holders Agreement/ Share Purchase Agreement/ Share Subscription Agreement

23. Infrastructure Development Contracts

24. Biding Tenders/ Documents etc

25. Halal Certification Agreements

Others :

- The person should be well versed with drafting, vetting & review various agreements related to FMCG.

- Support various stakeholders time to time with drafting of notices, replies and advising on various transactions and disputes or queries related to the Organization.
