Hiring for Legal-Contract Management role for Tyre manufacturing MNC-Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Contract Management Specialist

- Drafting and reviewing various kind of agreements

- To handle and co-ordinate on legal matters and litigation in relation to India operations.

- Support on business advisory and interpretive issues and Intellectual Property matters

- To contribute on various legal and compliance related projects and Legal and compliance MIS.

- Should be able to do Drafting, Reviewing, Vetting and Negotiating various Contracts and other documents including but not limited to Service Provider Contracts, Software License Contract, Escrow Contract, Software Services Contracts, Annual Support and Maintenance Services Contract, Master Services Contracts, Resource Deployment Contract, Professional Services Contract, Non-disclosure Contract, Staffing Contract, Amendment and Addendum Contract, Teaming Contract, Consultancy Services Contract, End User License Contract, Memorandum of Understanding, Consortium Contract, Channel Partner Contract, Referral Contract, Statement of Works, Tripartite Contract and other miscellaneous documents.
