Job Description

1. Drafting and Vetting of Legal Agreements and Contracts with B2B Customer.

2. Drafting and vetting of variety of agreements like Non Disclosure Agreement, Underwriting Agreement, Issue Agreement, Escrow Agreement, Software service agreement etc.

3. Drafting and vetting of terms and conditions, disclaimers, Company policies etc.

4. Responsible for monthly submissions of SEBI requirements including SEBI related inspection.

5. Monitor and review risk, legal and related policies and procedures within the organisation and ensure adherence to desired standards

6. Provide support to address irregularities and deficiencies noticed and pointed by internal auditors and ensure recommendations are implemented.

7. Implement the organization's risk management framework in a manner that fulfils the mission and strategic goals of the organization and mitigate the risks

8. Ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to. Reviews and monitors changes in regulatory requirements impacting the company's operations.

Characteristics :

- Excellent communication and networking skills to communicate with senior level colleagues as well as client executives.

- Self-motivated with ability to co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate closure of deals, closure of legal observations.

- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Relevant Experience

- Handling documentation, drafting, vetting of legal matters in financial services of B2B nature
