Designation: Legal-Corporate Counsel

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Skills Required:

- Applies professional judgment based on analysis of quantitative data and information

- Required to structure and negotiate International IT business transactions

- Draft transactional documents

- Perform legal research

- Supervise closings and draft a variety of legal

- Experience in employment law practice,

- Coordinating with external counsels

- Negotiate and close procurement contract.

- Advises senior management about contractual risks which can create legal and/or business risk

- Leads Satyam cross functional team negotiating nonstandard terms and conditions with customers

Qualification, experience & attribute:

LLB,
LLM
Minimum 4 to 6 years corporate experience
Good communication skills
Good team player
