Legal Consultant - ePharma Firm - Contractual Role

- Our client an e-pharma company in Bangalore, is looking for an in-house legal counsel on a contractual basis for a period of 2 months.

Experience required :

- Candidate must have prior experience of working on general corporate and commercial contracts.

- Must have experience of working with an in-house legal department or the corporate team of a law firm.

- Must be able to independently handle and deliver the drafting/vetting/review of contracts (low-medium complexity).

- Use case - Our client is transferring its key businesses to a subsidiary/affiliate and the consultant is expected to assist the company in transitioning its existing contracts to the new entity and complete such other work related thereto.

Work hours and Work days - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM; Monday - Friday.
