The person should have experience in all compliance related to Seed, Insecticide and Fertilizer law - Should keep management updated for latest amendments. - Should have experience in filing of Monthly returns with Agriculture Department in various states - Liaising with Agriculture Department in various states - Keeping track of Agri. Licenses and updating thereof - Coordinating with advocates for farmer complaints and legal cases - Record maintaining and tracking for legal cases - Compliance of labour laws and filing of required forms with various Govt. authorities - Keeping labour law related registers updated - Coordinating with various cross function department in the organization in relation to the Compliance - Relationship building and liaison with senior agricultural officers of various states - Exploring areas of collaboration with agricultural departments of various states - Liaison with legal teams of various brands to ensure smooth on boarding and business flow. - Keep an eye on changing landscape of compliance in agricultural and ensuring internal set up is up to the speed.
