Legal and Compliance, Reliance General Insurance, Goregaon Westin CTC: Offer up to 15 lacs Location: Goregaon Westin Experience: 6 to 9 years Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Drafting & Vetting of agreements / contracts both property and non - property related and thereby ensuring that the terms and conditions and commercials in the agreement are legally correct. 2. Keeping track of applicable laws and legislative and judicial developments in Insurance and applicable regulations. 3. Ensure Legal, Regulatory and Statutory compliances and related issues for the company. 4. Coordinate with the Labor Law Compliance Consultants and ensure compliance at all branches and also close any notices / proceedings that may have been received / initiated by / against the Company. 5. Drafting of FIRs and other internal Communications to the employees, 6. Draft appropriate legal notices / letters on behalf of the Company as may be required by various departments and reply to legal notices received by the Company. 7. Provide legal opinion on matters as and when required by various departments in the Company.
