We are a family office based in Middle East and have an opening for the position of Legal and Compliance Executive. The candidate should have a B.L/LLB. Company Secretary (ACS) or Bachelors/Masters in Accounting shall be an added advantage. The candidate shall have the responsibility of reviewing international banking and investments related legal agreements. The position requires working closely with the Finance and Investment team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a multi-tasker and a quick learner. The candidate shall have a good opportunity to review international legal agreements and compliance practices. The salary and benefits offered shall be the best in class for the deserving candidate. Below is the job profile for the Legal and Compliance Officer: 1) Managing FATCA, CRS, KYC and Documentation 2) Reviewing PPM and Agreements of Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Bond Funds 3) Drafting Board Resolutions, Minutes related to corporate policies and meetings 4) Reviewing the legal and tax structure on regular basis 5) Keeping the team updated with BVI and Offshore laws and tax amendments 6) Managing confidential documents, legal agreements and correspondence 7) Liaising with bankers and Fund houses on legal and compliance related matters 8) Reviewing legal documents related to Charity Organization, HR Policies and of affiliated companies 9) Preparing Ad-hoc reports as requested by the Management Please email us your updated resume with your current CTC, notice period and passport copy.
