Legal Associate - LLB - Boutique Real Estate Law Firm (3-7 yrs)
Our client, a boutique real estate law firm in Bangalore is looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in litigation (property matters) and real estate due diligence.
Role/Nature of work:
- Tracing of title
- Drafting of agreements
- Sale deeds, agreement deeds, lease deeds, etc
- Prepare MOU's & JDA's
- Send Legal Notices
- Execution & Registration work at SRO offices
- Liasing with various Departments
Working hours:
9.30 am to 6.30 pm (mon-fri)
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Critical and legal reasoning skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good legal English skills
- Very strong focus on attention to detail
- Good Reporting & Research Skills
- Good Planning & Attention to Detail
- Client Confidentiality is a must
- Knowledge of Kannada language & local laws will be a plus
