Legal Associate - General Corporate Commercial - Real Estate Sector - Law Firm

Our client one of India's leading law firms is looking for an Associate in general corporate commercial team having at least 2 years of experience in contracts and real estate or working in an in-house legal department.

Responsibility:

- Drafting of general corporate commercial agreements such as Service agreements, MOUs, NDA, Consultancy Agreements, Registration of companies etc.
