- The candidate should have experience in managing and reviewing of commercial contracts.

- The candidates should have experience in corresponding with counter parties

- The candidates should have experience in devising processes related to contract review, and negotiating agreements.

- Assisting the Legal head with follow-up and execution processes

- Working closely with different teams to facilitate entire contract review process.
