L&D Specialist
- Plans, creates, and administers Learning and Development (L&D) training programs in three key areas; Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, or Learning Platform Operations.
- Coordinates with department for collaboration to ensure effective outcomes.
- Consults with business unit or LOB partners to identify learning and development needs and makes recommendations of appropriate solutions that meet business demands.
- May develop and update training materials, programs, curriculums and collections within the LMS as needed. May facilitate these updates as needed.
