- Learning & Development for Technology Department. Should have experience working in Technology vertical.
- Training Needs Analysis.
- Identify the specific learning needs and skill gaps within the tech workforce.
- Create, update, and maintain training programs and courses.
- Content Creation, Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, documentation, videos, and other resources to support learning initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars both in-person and virtually.
- Manage the organization's LMS to track and administer training programs, monitor progress, and generate reports.
- Gather feedback from participants, measure the effectiveness of training programs, and make improvements based on data and input.
- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the tech industry.
