- Preparation of training calendar with the consultation of head person and Identifying the training needs and organizing training sessions.
- Creating Proposal of T&D with reference to the business requirements.
- Planning, scheduling and conducting training programs in consultation with various departmental heads.
- Liasioning with the internal/external trainers for organizing and conducting the training programs.
- Collecting feedback on training and analyzing training data.
- Preparing monthly consolidated training report.
