The Learning and Development Role.
The purpose of this role is:
1. Define and Implement the Learning and Development strategy, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilities the delivery of the organization's Strategic Priorities.
2. Role Holder will be the Centre of Expertise to
a. execute Learning & Development strategy in partnership with the HRBPs by designing initiatives aligned to the business needs.
b. Ensure effective execution of Training plans resulting in competency enhancement, leadership development and leading towards a culture of continuous learning.
Skills set required:
1. Should have 7-10 years of work experience in L&D role with a full time MBA from good institutions.
2. Should have a sense of creating and implementing learning interventions.
a. Training need identification.
b. Creating Learning Journeys.
c. Curating Relevant content
d. Vendor Management
