- The purpose of this role is to lead and deliver the Learning and Development (T&D) agenda for our manufacturing plants, helping our employees advance their skills and knowledge and to improve the productivity by aligning with company's objective & business plans. The overriding goal of the L&D Manager is to help organization meet its targets through an in-depth learning and development programme.

- The role will take the lead on partnerships with education providers and government agencies, helping organization secure funding and the facilities to train large numbers of employees, as well as working with external and internal resources to design fit for purpose training programmes.

- Finally, the role will also support our wider HR team in reviewing individual and organisational development needs and work to design programmes, implement and measure their success.
