- Training related coordination, Training Feedback consolidation and MIS - Database Management and SOP compliance for CSR/L&amp;D - Preparation of presentations and MIS reports as needed - Coordination for CSR activities with internal /external stakeholders - Visits to NGO sites as required - Ethics related data management and reporting - Develop &amp; research on content required for a successful delivery of the training - Align the developed content to the business requirement of the organization - Create required assessments to track training efficiency - Manage LMS platform efficiently - Analyse data on LMS platform to identify training needs &amp; to track employee efficiency - Monitor effectiveness report outcomes of specific initiatives. - Conduct regular audits across regions to track the training outcomes - Conduct trainings as per the training calendar - Stay tuned with the changes/development in the study abroad market to identify&nbsp;new areas of learning - Proactively identify the training needs at the regional level - Maintain strong relationship with cross department function in the organization
