Learning & Development Role - KPO/BPO (10-18 yrs)
Job Opening || Learning & Development || Gurgaon & Mumbai
Learning Operations covering scheduling, coordination of enterprise workshops against plan. Standardize Learning operations best practices and provide advisory services to local or regional learning counterparts. Provide learning operations oversight for large learning campaigns and programs, working closely with business stakeholders and working agilely as needed
- Strong proficiency in a range of process or procedures in the learning operations space
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with ability to work cross culturally
- Has developing interest in knowledge management. Experience in knowledge management projects a plus.
- Has strong coordination skills managing large volume of workshop events happening in varying design and volume across the organisation
- Is astute as a relationship builder, working closely with external vendors and internal support resources
- A strong level of detail orientation and spirit of excellence is essential for this role.
