Learning & Development Role - Electrical/Switchgear - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (4-7 yrs)
- To provide the HR leadership team with knowledge and expertise for improvement of L & D in alignment with HR strategy
- To properly assess training need and design Learning initiatives thereof for bridging the gap in line with the requirement of the Departments
- To oversee and monitor the different L & D activities and report progress to the HR leadership
- To monitor and implement learning initiatives over digital platform, like e-learning, LMS etc
- To develop and measure training effectiveness and chalk out plan for improving the same
- To maintain expert knowledge of the specialty area by researching best practices, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
- To conduct training programme (as Faculty)
- To prepare different course materials, reports, proposals, communication mailers etc
- To contribute in other HR processes like Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement, R & R initiatives etc.
- Candidate should have relevant work experience of 4 - 6 years
- Candidate should have worked with organisations of repute
- PGDM (HR) / MBA from Premier B - Schools
- Candidate should have at least 70% marks all throughout his / her academic career.
Salary Offered : 9-12 LPA
