Learning & Development Role - Agri/FMCG/Food Processing (15-25 yrs)
Mission :
This position will be responsible for development of employees through training and other learning & development activities.
- He/she will be responsible to create a learning environment while ensuring that company is working towards improving knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to drive business results and create a superior organization.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with business and HR Partners to create an annual Learning & Development plan aligned to the annual business plan, including specific Learning & Development needs, target audience, ROI projections, prioritization, and budget/resource requirements
- Create and adhere to the training policy
- Responsible for helping HR business partners to identify training & development needs, with a focus on functional, soft skills and leadership programs.
- Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and covert into learning programs.
- Designing experiences through training and other activities to drive learning objectives, increase employee engagement and performance excellence.
- Design customized content for delivery of the programs, in line with the training needs, organizational vision, values, business objectives
- Delivery of training for key programs (training delivery skills would be an added bonus)
- Create a pool of internal and eternal trainers, training partners and vendors
- Ensure superior quality training delivery
- Managing contracting and delivery process with all eternal providers of learning & development
- Coordinate assignments/training for career pathing & development for High potentials
- Strategizes policies to drive a performance driven culture in Adecco India including annual and mid year appraisal cycles, continuous feedback processes, goal setting etc
- Visualizes and implements career framework and growth paths for all streams and roles in the organisation
- Develops and executes global and local programs that enable fast track growth for top performers and early in careers
- Drives programs that establish Adecco India as an employer of choice and great place to work by seeking CSAT feedback and planning and executing action plans
- Strategizes and implements practices that reward and recognize good performance and values in line with Adecco's culture
- Monitor and report ROI on activities, costs and impact on performance, as required.
Travel Requirement : Regular (20-50%)
