LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FROM LEADING IT CONSULTING FIRMS ONLY. WHO HAS VERY STRONG EXPERIENCE TALENT TRANSFORMATION OR DEVELOPMENT.
Position: Manager - L&D
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach others on needs/capability assessments.
- Synthesize assessment results into anoverall approach for learning and recommends approach for non-learning needs.
- Identify assumptions and constraints that may affect the design.
- Evaluate deliveries, delivery mix, and impact to continuously improve and update strategies.
- Maximize learning impact while balancing costs.
- Recognize as internal SME on delivery methods.
- Implement/manage new technologies by leading team to prototype and evaluating the effectiveness of the technology in solving the business need.
- Design the complete learning experience, is business outcome driven, partners with stakeholders, and implements cost-effective learning solutions.
- Be recognized as internal SME on learning solutions.
- Tailor the participant experience based on real-time diagnosis of participant and faculty needs.
- Anticipate and resolve problems before they negatively impact the learning experience.
- Design programs that meet optimal facilitator requirements.
- Lead complex faculty prep sessions effectively (blended solutions, large number of facilitators, etc.).
- Dbrief facilitators during and after program deliveries
- Create supporting process documentation to ensure smooth delivery of program.
- Effectively manage programs with complex delivery requirements.
- Support successful delivery of programs with creative problem solving when things do not go according to plan.
- Recommend potential ways to resolve delivery process issues and opportunities.
- Pursue continuous improvement opportunities for delivery of learning.
- Determine the appropriate assessments to analyze performance gaps.
- Apply best practices to the use of those tools and techniques.
- Use root cause analysis to determine the real issues and shares the underlying problem with the client.
- Design and plans the implementation of human performance improvement solutions to close performance gaps.
- Craft the master implementation plan.
- Guide the client through solution implementation
- Monitor and interpret the solution evaluation data and consults with the client on what was successful and where the implementation may need a different approach.
- Discern and apply appropriate theory and methods to meet measurement and evaluation needs.
- Design and implement measurement and evaluation tools that demonstrate value to the business.
- Analyze and interpret the measurement results to ensure impact.
- Leverage findings to increase effectiveness and provide recommendations for change.
