Role -
- To plan training calendar in accordance with L&D head and to execute it.
- Able to plan/prepare/conduct session independently without supervision or with little supervision.
- Should have an ability to step in the shoes of a coach and work closely with teams to produce results working closely with stakeholders.
- Should be able to co-ordinate end to end (till the impact stage).
Responsibility -
- Quality to training programs delivered.
- No escalations in co-ordination.
- Work closely with L&D head to ensure actions are in line with company's vision.
- To provide entrepreneurial spirit to the L&D function and the Co.
