We are a non-profit organization working to combat child sex trafficking in India. Our core mission is to rescue and rehabilitate minor girls forced into prostitution. Our goal is eradication through a combined effort of rescue operations and catalyzing social change.

We are conducting comprehensive research to understand India's sex trafficking issues and work with authorities, law enforcement and citizens to build a systemic social movement to try eradicating the issue and change public perception of the same. We work on rescuing, rehabilitating and reuniting these girls with their families or communities.

Responsibilities:


- Design and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis.

- Get detailed understanding of training requirements from internal stakeholders and develop/modify content accordingly.

- Assess training effectiveness based on identified parameters for training programs got conducted.

- Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience, and location.

- Arrange training logistics (with the support of Operations Support) and drive delivery of training.

- An operational role, responsible for delivering results that have the direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.

- Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.

- Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.

- Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools, and standards, within the relevant field of specialization.

- Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques

- Ensure all training and developmental activities are strategically linked to organization's mission and vision

- To identify and analyze the training requirements, in line with the company's economic and social policy, and its technological progression.

- Ensures brand values and philosophy is aligned with all training and development activities.

- To handle relations with professional partners and teaching institutions.

- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.

- Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, and action learning/e-learning

- Delivering blended solutions and training sessions

- Management of the training budget and evaluate the effectiveness

- Plan Training programs for new joiners, tenured employees, non-performers etc.

- Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems

- Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed

- Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulates requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate

- Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary

- Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs

- Supervise training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery

- Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training output

- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws

Salary offered - 6-12 LPA
