Learning & Development Executive - FMCG/Mfg/Healthcare/Pharma (1-4 yrs)

Salary Range: 6 - 7 LPA

Learning Needs and Business Connect

1. Understanding learning needs for businesses or groups of employees

2. Analysing learning needs and identifying trends

3. Working closely with HRBPs and other teams to take inputs on the above

4. Identify skill gaps from a business perspective and strategize on bridging them

5. Working on individual development plans to meet learning needs

Learning Programs and Interventions

1. Creating and sustaining Learning Calendars for the year

2. Developing HR learning and development strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term requirements

3. Planning, coordinating and delivering (need basis) training and development programmes to accomplish the organisation's goals

Talent Management Programs:

1. Craft need based programs and workshops for the talent pool

2. Developing individual training programmes that meet the skills gap identified for the talent pool

Application of Learnings

1. Work towards putting in place implementation practices as far as workshops and interventions are concerned

2. Track action plans and work with business in bringing in ownership towards the same

Knowledge Platforms:

1. Build knowledge platforms and enforce the existing ones with an intent of building a knowledge based organization

2. Ensure effectiveness of the same

E-Learning & Improvisations:

1. Develop content for various learning needs

2. Creating modules of the same and ensuring successful implementation

3. Integration with the existing Learning Management System

4. Researching current trends in learning and implementing them as needed

Budgets, MIS and Reporting:

1. Design budgets for the year and track them

2. Bringing in cost-saving strategies

3. Report through MIS and other tools on a regular basis and as needed

- Learning Partners and Vendors and other External Stakeholders

1. Working closely with the existing learning partners and vendors for each of the interventions and programs

2. Identifying new learning partners and vendors as needed

3. Relationship building through the year

4. Owning complete processing of invoices and other aspects w.r.t the programs or workshops for these partners or vendors

- Complete program management, monitoring and tracking of all interventions and ensuring compliance, improvisation and effectiveness.
