Learning Consulting - Business Partnering Big 4 8-16 yrs
- Understand end to end business learning requirements - need identification, validation, design and delivery of learning solutions for the organization.
- Would work with with business leaders/SMEs to drive strategic training agendas - planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating
- Has worked in driving strategic upskilling objectives by taking end to end ownership as a program owner
- Had strong business acumen to understand the demand, generate solutions and show impact of the solution
- Works with Global L&D Strategist to ensure strategic alignment and ensure good overall review before implementation of solutions/trainings
- Has a strong experience and expertise in measuring impact and have been able to actively add value to business goals through upskilling
- Must understand working dynamic of building a comprehensive program by working with globally dispersed stakeholders
- Is a powerful communicator and influencer, by working closely with leaders (globally) to ensure that key stakeholder relationships are developed and maintained, business needs are met and L&D are providing a measurable partnership that adds value.
- Work towards implementation of a learning culture that supports blended and self paced learning methodologies.
- Had managed learning budgets, audits, vendors and presented L&D dashboards during business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Understands agile program management dynamics effectively to ensure ongoing iteration
- Has excellent command on managing data and analysis to represent effectiveness, trends etc.
- Has worked in past with teams or has coached L&D professionals to achieve business outcomes
- Candidate should have a thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning and Development
- Have strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with high commitment to quality in service
- Have project management experience in terms of the entire project life cycle
- Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and organization
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
- Be able to design curriculums based on the inputs received from technical teams pertaining to the respective business
- Should be able to come up with various metrics to define the capability roadmap pertaining to each business.
- MBA degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Overall experience of 8-15 years in L&D with strong experience in Learning Partnering role
