The role is with a rapidly growing Ed-Tech Company based out of Bangalore. This particular position will be working from Gurgaon. Its a hardcore Inside Sales role and requires intensive outbound calling. Incentives are extremely rewarding. There are open positions for both Domestic and International Market (UK Shifts).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
- Driving inquiries and admissions for the online and blended learning programs offered
- Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with leads till the final conversion
- Counseling professionals via call, email or in-person and suggesting the best course for prospective students
- Updating and maintaining MIS reports
- Coordinating with the marketing team to fine-tune marketing plans related to admissions
Desired Skills:
- MBA preferred / Graduates can be considered with relevant experience
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in counseling or sales
- Competency: (Top 3)
- Good written & spoken English and pitching skills
- Customer focus with the good convincing ability and confident personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word
This requirement is on an urgent basis. Hence, immediate joiners are preferred.
