Role and responsibility:- The LA will be responsible assisting the faculty in managing the course schedule, readings, grading assignments, collecting scholar feedback, and running overall coursework through a learning management system. The LA will need to keep office hours and/or seminar sessions to assist scholars with their learning. It is a new institute and from time to time, the LA could be asked to help in other functions of the institute Prior experience and credentials : - Must have a background in Economics. Masters is strongly preferred - Knowledge of Game Theory is a major advantage - Should be proficient in R-Programming and data analytics - Previous experience in an academic setting is desirable Qualities desired : - Must enjoy teaching and learning, be intellectually curious - Should have a collaborative approach to dealing with scholars and team members - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced academic setting - Must be comfortable making presentations and conducting seminar sessions - Should be able to explain economic and statistical concepts with ease
