We conduct LIVE online classes in creative expressions for Kids aged 5-15 years. Currently we have programs in Drawing & Painting, Creative Writing & Storytelling and Stage Presence & Role Play.
Company size: Early stage (5-15 people). Founders have over two decades of collective experience across companies like McKinsey, Google, Amazon, Airtel & PayPal.
Job Title: Sales & BD - Growth Manager
Location and Work hours: Work from home. We follow a flexible 40 hours week
Job responsibilities include:
1. Find innovative methods for growth
2. Understand customer queries and try to resolve them
3. Be the voice of the customers (Pick up cues from your interactions with customers and suggest improvements on product/ sales website/ program to relevant teams)
4. Gather insights from Google Ads/other digital platforms including social media to understand reach, customer funnel (and pain points)
5. Convert leads to customers (Leads are collected on our website and social media pages)
6. Ideate and execute campaigns to generate more leads
7. Coordinate with academic Program on capacity planning and design marketing campaigns accordingly for the Quarter, Month, Week
8. Do budget planning for campaigns (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly)
9. Carve strategic tie-ups for building new channels for growth
Preferred Qualifications/skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, especially in B2C environment, preferably in a service-based organisation
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads/ Digital marketing/ Social Media Marketing
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Should have an entrepreneurial streak and want to be a part of a BIG idea
