This role has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the company strategy and is expected to analyse figures and implement recommendations. Responsibilities: - Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth - Corporate governance and investor management - Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other specific projects as required) - Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties - Setting up Accounting processes and monitoring their execution - Debtor and creditor management - Strategic financial management - Cash flow management, business planning &amp; forecasting, projections, budgeting and risk planning - Fundraising - Valuation, Debt raising through banks and venture debt organisations - Co-ordinating corporate finance and managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation and equity, as appropriate. - Full responsibility for company cash management policies Financial reporting Experience and Skill Set - Qualified member of an accountancy body, certified financial analyst or holder of equivalent qualification - Ability to effectively correspond with internal and statutory auditors - 5-8 years experience in core corporate Finance - High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance - Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders - Equity fundraising experience - Competent to work at strategic and operational levels - Result oriented, strategic planner and thinker - Entrepreneurial mindset - Deep accounting knowledge - Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical thinking About Leap Skills: Leap Skills is a New Delhi based skill development organization.
