We are looking for a rockstar Talent Acquisition Specialist to build our mid and senior leadership layer as we scale.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- SPOC for the Founders and Business team for hiring needs working independently in developing candidate research

- Manage end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating till the closure

- Work on talent mapping, benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing

- Work on employer branding activities to attract talents

- Manage candidate experience by fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies

- Work on strategic mode to build an efficient pipeline from time to time

Ideal Persona:

- 3+ years of Executive Search experience (AD or similar) with capability of influencing and understanding the needs and expectations of such individuals

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Capability of pipeline growth with sustainability inside strict deadlines with high affinity for market flexibility

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

- A positive, "can do" attitude
