Leap Finance - Program Manager - Central

The charter for this role will include:

- Collaborate with teams to prioritize initiatives, track progress and ensure a consistent high-bar on excellence and project delivery.

- Develop the right strategy and solutions for the program to achieve the performance improvement metrics.

- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple - Disparate groups with competing priorities.

- Makes recommendations for Process Improvements and/or Product Enhancements.

- 3 to 5 years working in consumer technology companies.
