About the Role

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic problem solver who can balance product thinking with operational excellence. You will own important metrics and figure out strategies to improve them. You will also build and run important processes

You will build and manage a team :

The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:

- 3-4 years of experience

- Ability to define processes and manage operations

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, marketing

- Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments

- Work experience in early-stage startups or founding experience is a plus
